Delaney BBQ Staffed Event:
Bring the BrisketTown experience to your event. Our crew will come and slice delicious smoked proteins for you and your guests to order, Texas style. Or, if you prefer, we can set up shop as a lean, mean, sandwich making machine. With this option, your guests will enjoy delicious food from Delaney BBQ without any of the fuss of assembly or cleanup.

Self Service Buffet:
The only thing better than a buffet, is a buffet filled with succulent smoked meat, and that's exactly what we can bring with this option. Your guests or employees will love making their own sandwiches or tacos, and you'll love how fast and easy the set up and break down will be. Plus, we'll provide everything you need to have a great event, down to the bibs and wet naps.

Private Party at BrisketTown:
BrisketTown, population = you. Be the mayor of our Williamsburg mEatery for your private event. We'll fill your bellies with beef and throw in a band to boot.

Pick Up (whole BBQ only):
If you'd like to bring a brisket to a party, or just take the night off of cooking, we'll gladly supply all you need for a delicious meal. Order here and pick up during BrisketTown's daily operating hours.
